Moving slots can be anywhere from 2-10 hours. Extremely large moves can be done over 2 days if needed! We can also hold items overnight for a small fee.

Yes, we have all the insurance required to safely and legally provide moving services in Manitoba. This includes general liability insurance and cargo transportation insurance. All of our employees are legal residents and are covered under the WCB.

Yes! As a Canadian moving company, we are federally regulated, which includes a minimum coverage of $0.60 per pound of cargo in our care. At Calculated Moving, our base coverage far exceeds the federally mandated amount, at $2.50 per pound. While damages are rare, we also offer additional coverage for a $30 flat fee which includes full repair / replacement of damaged items up to their current market value.

We are happy to accept cancellations and reschedules within a reasonable notice period!

There is a $100 fee for cancellations less then 48 hrs before a scheduled move.

There is a $200 fee for cancellations less than 24 hrs before a scheduled move.

All crews come equipped with a card reader that accepts both credit and debit cards, we also accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. 

Payments are completed after the job with the crew lead.
